Our office is located on Swan Road between Fort Lowell and Camp Lowell, on the west side of the road. We've been in our new building for about 9 years now. Hard to believe!! One popular function is to sign up for our Flu Shots Mail-list. Click HERE if you want to receive an email when our flu shots become available each fall. (Click this link and you should be taken to your email program; then click "send" and an email will be sent to us) Please do NOT use this link to ask any medical questions. If you have any questions about the flu vaccine, do not hestitate to call our office and speak with one of the nurses or one of the doctors.
